HOW TO USE VLC VIDEOS AS WALLPAPERS:
1-Open VLC media player.
2-Go to Tools >Preferences .
3-Select the video tab from the Left panel of Preferences window.
4-Now in output drop list select Directx video output.
5-Click on save button and restart VLC.
6-Now play any video using VLC media player .once the video starts click on Video>DirectX wallpaper
and minimize the VLC window.
7-your video will now start playing in your desktop
